Organisation and coordination of appointments and support for internal and external communication Creation, examination and revision of offers, studies, opinions and correspondence Processing of customer requests and care of relevant data (e.g. contact data) Maintenance and use of the project management tool as well as general administrative tasks Support in supply management, accounting, auditing and dunning Participation in the planning and implementation of events Administrative support of the specialist teams and care of the central inbox

completed studies or commercial training as well as relevant professional experience Embossed communication strength, organizational talent and safe occurrence Very good knowledge of MS Office and digital understanding and willingness to work into new IT systems Self-employed, motivated and team-oriented working with quick understanding Ability to quickly capture and edit complex facts quickly Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage Discretion, diplomacy, positive transmission and driving licence of class B
