Total responsibility for payment management (payment, card business, fraud prevention) with up to 25 employees and direct management of 2 team management Ensuring stable, customer-oriented and consistent payment management with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards Control and further development of processes in payment, card business, Fraud Management and interfaces to IT, market, market success and external service providers Management of risks in the payment and card environment (e.g. fraud, returns/chargingbacks, blocking/reclamation processes) and deriving effective measures Management and prioritisation of projects to modernise payment transactions and increase efficiency

Completed training for the bank clerk / the bank clerk (IHK) and further training at least specialist level (e.g. bank specialist / bank specialist) As an alternative: completed university studies focusing on finance, BWL or VWL Multiannual professional experience in payment and/or card service in the banking/financial services environment, ideally incl. Fraud prevention Multiannual disciplinary leadership experience mandatory Very good regulatory understanding in the area of payment/cards
