For our banking team at the locations Berlin, Leipzig and Heidelberg, we are looking for you in full-time (40h/week) as Call Center Agent - Sales Professional Credit (m/w/d).

Your mission

You are strong in communication and sales and have very good knowledge of German in word and writing You can already demonstrate professional experience in direct customer contact (ideally call or service center) You are characterized by reliability, accuracy and self-organization, and you can easily keep track of multiple requests You do not let yourself be rested by the high timing of customer contacts and work your tasks prioritized You are a technology-affin and can quickly work into sales systems (e.g. Salesforce) You are a team player and have fun to help our customers
