Central control and coordination of the service plan processes for all areas in the ukb. Support and settlement of digital service plans according to current legal and tariff regulations. Support and advice of managers and service plan managers in the preparation and adaptation of service and holiday plans. Ensuring compliance with labour-time, collective and operational regulations (e.g. ArbZG, collective agreement, service agreements). Creation of evaluations, key figures and reports. Technical support and optimization of the service plan or service plan used Time management software in cooperation with IT and personal controlling. Conception and implementation of training/workshops for executives and employees on service planning, working time regulations and software. Working in projects to modernise working time management in the hospital.

Multiannual professional experience in working time or service plan management, ideally in hospital or healthcare. Very good understanding of working time and schedule processes, working time and collective agreements. Safe handling of service plan and time management software as well as high IT affinity; ideally experience with CGM. Embossed analytical competence and joy in numbers, key figures and structured evaluations. Communication-strong, assertive personality with strong service orientation and joy in cross-departmental cooperation. Humor is not a must – but definitely welcome in our team.
