In the course of further business development, we are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking leadership personality as Head of Service (m/w/d).

As Head of Service, you assume the strategic and operational responsibility for the entire service area and develop it into a successful business area.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the service organization Development and implementation of a sustainable service strategy Construction and development of a structured service portfolio (maintenance, spare parts, retrofit, upgrades, remote support) Introduction and further development of Service Level Agreements Result Responsibility for Sales, Contribution and Profitability of the Service Area Further development of after sales business as well as expansion of long-term customer relationships

Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering, environmental engineering, plant engineering or a comparable technical field Multiannual professional and management experience in the service of a machine or plant construction company Experience in building and developing service organisations Impressed entrepreneurial thinking as well as high result orientation readiness to travel to planned service locations
