You understand the technical processes of our carriers, recognize digital potentials and accompany the implementation of requirements in modern IT solutions.

You are a consultant:in and contact person:in all questions concerning specialist procedures and digitalization You analyse, model and shape your requirements – and convey them between administration and IT You develop new technical requirements, test applications and guide workshops You support our partners in second-level support and actively contribute your know-how to projects You contribute to making processes more efficient, more understandable and sustainable

Training or studies in the field of social security, IT or business administration with IT focus Ideally knowledge of statutory accident insurance Experience in the analysis and communication of technical requirements – You understand both languages: administration and IT Structured, conceptual and analytical thinking Team spirit, structure, curiosity and desire to move
