You decide when and how long you work and your schedule will be adjusted. You support the nursing documentation or provide the information to the nursing staff. You immerse yourself in the everyday life of our care-needed residents and assist them in meeting the daily challenges. You could imagine being part of the AWO. As an employee of the AWO Flexi team, you can look forward to an extra bonus each month in addition to a fee (EG P7/Step 2 to 6 of the TV AWO Unterfranken) from € 3.587.92 to € 4.283.52 (depending on professional experience). With our "Flexi Team Supplement" you will receive as a full-time nursing specialist up to 400 euros gross: between 50 euros and 400 euros gross allowance to work in different layers and areas of use OR service cars (also for private use).
