Senior Business Transformation Manager Branch Merchandise Management (m/f/d)

You assume the overall technical responsibility for our branch goods industry and develop them strategically together with the relevant stakeholders. You are responsible for the technical roadmap and set the priorities for the further development of a business-critical solution. You run cross-departmental projects and manage the successful implementation of professional requirements. You serve as a central interface between management, departments, markets, external partners and our international development team. You translate business requirements into sustainable solutions and ensure a high level of practicality for our markets. You analyze existing workflows, identify optimization potentials and design efficient end-to-end processes along the flows of goods and information. You actively contribute the perspective of the operating business to the further development of the solution and ensure high acceptance in the markets. You moderate workshops, control decision-making processes and conduct technical coordination with a variety of stakeholders. You recognise opportunities for digitalization, automation and standardization and implement them together with the teams involved. You ensure that measurable results from strategic goals

Multiannual professional experience in a responsible role in food retailing, in the goods industry or in supply chain management. Detectional experience in managing complex transformation, digitization or change projects. Deep understanding of goods management, market and logistics processes. Experience in cooperation with IT and development teams. The ability to make complex facts understandable and to communicate convincingly at different hierarchical levels. A sovereign appearance towards management, executives and operational areas. Embossed analytical skills and a pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working. Very good knowledge of German and English.
