ID: REF193N Do you want to combine your expertise as an ergotherapist with leadership responsibility and actively develop therapy processes? At the Vitos Rhein-Main gGmbH, Clinic for Adult Psychiatry at the Bad Soden site, you take the lead of our therapy center and significantly shape the therapeutic orientation. With your ergonomic background, you control the cross-site cooperation of the specialist therapists, develop concepts and ensure high-quality, patient-oriented care. Together with a dedicated, multi-professional team, you make a decisive contribution to the stabilization and recovery of our patients. The body shall be filled in full time at the next possible time.

You take over the cross-site management of our specialist therapists (ergotherapy, sports and movement therapy, art and design therapy, music therapy, social services). You are organising and taxing therapy planning on the basis of medical regulations and taking into account the economic conditions. You develop our therapeutic concepts together with the clinic lines and initiate your own impulses. You ensure compliance with documentation requirements and ensure high-quality treatment quality. You promote and strengthen interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation.

You have completed therapeutic training in healthcare, ideally as an ergotherapist. You bring optimal professional experience in the therapy planning of a clinic. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented. You enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation with other professional groups and combine patient-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and action

You will receive a compensation according to TVöD-K/VKA as well as extensive social benefits and an attractive pension scheme (ZVK).
