The creation of management presentations and decision templates as well as the presentation of action recommendations is also part of your activities.

You have successfully completed your university studies in the field of economics or related disciplines such as psychology, business informatics. In addition, you can present many years of professional experience in a group structure as well as in HR, (HR) controlling, cost accounting, pay billing or comparable tasks with high controlling and/or commercial IT systems. Your strong knowledge in the field of human resources management, in particular in reporting and HR controlling, as well as in the work environment close to payroll and in the area of HR Information Systems/Data Warehouses is required. Very good knowledge of the interaction of data flows and interfaces between ERP systems in large medium-sized or group companies is what distinguishes you. You bring experiences in the handling and evaluation of ERP/HR-Information/Datewarehousesysteme/Payroll systems (va. SAP, SuccessFactors or cf.). Finally, you have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerQuery/Power Pivot and PowerPoint.
