Our employees in the fields of construction, electrical engineering, manufacturing, software as well as assembly implement projects at the Dohna site for large international customers such as Nestlé, Lindt or GlaxoSmithKline. You are responsible for the time, personnel and cost planning and the monitoring of our automation projects You create responsibilities You function as an interface to customers:industry for coordination, project organisation, request determination and order changes You monitor and control machine development processes You lead and coordinate the project participants:in all trade unions You serve and plan FAT, SAT and other customer appointments both in our factory and at customer:innen

You have completed university studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable training You speak German and English (C1 level) and go routined with MS Office applications while you work structured You have at least 3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the field of plant engineering You have a very good process understanding of mechanical engineering projects and a pronounced AI affinity with first experience in industry-standard systems You are ready to travel around the world (about 25%) and conduct talks and negotiations You have a particularly pronounced social competence, are communicative, decision-making and team-capable
