You conduct holistic consulting talks to contract signing for real estate financing – on site, by telephone or video consulting You are developing processes in sales and thus actively build up our consulting offer. In doing so, you take responsibility for the incorporation and training of new colleagues and thus promote the professional development With consulting competence and service, you will delight both existing and new customers and ensure sustainable relationships You use different channels for addressing and care of customers and bring fresh ideas Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for an annual credit volume

Completed commercial training, ideally with a professional training course (e.g. a bank specialist) At least two years of experience in building finance consulting or in the distribution of real estate financing German language level of at least C1 Funded knowledge in the field of mortgage loans, funding, building savings and security Safe handling of common software solutions and comparison platforms Embossed customer orientation, empathy and communication strength Self-employed, structured working and high level of self-initiative
