KC Development & Learning - Personal Development (limited / part-time) From the closest possible point in time, we are looking for work students for the support of (senior) researchers in the Development & Learning Center for the GLS Department of Human and Value Culture. We are responsible for development, training and further education as contact persons. Under the umbrella of the GLS Academy we create spaces for learning and exchange and design training, workshops and development programs for employees and executives. Efficient administration supports us in these areas of responsibility.

In this task, you will: The computer-based administration of internal and external trainings, as well as the associated documentation (release of certificates etc.). You communicate with both internal customers and external training providers The administrative use and design of software tools, e.g. human resources management programs and e-learning platforms, and have a high willingness to work on them. Support in support and coordination as well as the content planning, organisation and follow-up of training, learning and exchange offers in the house

This is ideally brought with you: Good knowledge of popular MS Office applications and experience to structure work processes meaningfully. To this end, conscientious and careful work and a very sensitive sense of handling confidential data A very positive human image and identification with the core values of our bank, as well as customer orientation, contact and communication strength also in digital work A corresponding study with points of contact with the topics of personnel development and first practical experience, e.g. in the form of internships Joy in taking responsibility, working independently and working in the team
