Creation of personal documents (contracts, certificates, etc.) Maintenance of master and movement data in the accounting and time recording system via SAP Support in the creation of regular reporting and maintenance of personal key figures Administrative support in regular correspondence with in- and external bodies Representation and support in the preparation of monthly pay bills Cooperation in the development of HR processes and the implementation of HR projects

Completed commercial training with tax or personal economic background or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in pay billing Knowledge of wage tax and social security would be desirable Very good SAP knowledge Safe handling of MS Office Careful and structured operation Analytical thinking, structured working methods and solution-oriented action and team skills High self-responsibility, communication skills and joy in actively shaping processes
