• Individually responsible support and advice of our customers on all issues related to cyber insurance • Creation, testing and management of offers, contracts and policies • Support for risk analysis, tendering and placement of cyber risks in the insurance market • Collection, evaluation and comparison of offers from various insurers, as well as support for new contracts and contract extensions • Close cooperation with customers, insurers and our customer service providers to develop optimal insurance solutions • Support in the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments and participation in internal and external specialist events • Working to develop processes, products and services

• Successfully completed studies in insurance or comparable qualifications • Making experience desirable • Expertise in cyber / liability insurance • High service and performance orientation and ability to work independently and customer-oriented • Willingness to team work and strong social competence • Good knowledge of English and safe handling of the current MS Office programs
