Your tasks: You are responsible for the timely and quality-oriented production and provision of hot and intermediate meals, both at the casino and for the conference service and special events. You set the specified range width and the proper product presentation or Assembly of the output and service stations You develop menus, recipes and calculations according to current requirements Monitoring of stocks and periods of consumption and implementation of goods orders and inventory You are responsible for cleansing the workspace, the kitchen and expenditure area as well as the work equipment while complying with the current hygiene directive according to HACCP as well as care for the cleaning and disinfection plan
