Representation and support of the shift manager Support of the Process Manager Processing of the daily production plan and fulfilling the target quantity specification, taking into account specific production requirements (e.g. wet cleaning, special sample trains, if necessary typing order) Removal of plant cleaning according to SOP Implementation and continuous improvement of the safety concept Compliance and continuous improvement of product safety Contact person for employees in case of problems Contact for QA for questions about production processes Active troubleshooting in the event of malfunctions in plants; meaningful reporting of faults to IT, maintenance and factory management team Personal management, including the incorporation of new staff and support of trainers in training Implementation of feedback interviews in the team with the factory management active participation in the shift

Ideally completed training as a specialist for food technology Alternatively multi-year professional experience ideally in the food environment Excellent quality awareness, hygiene and cleanliness Ready for 4-shift work Good knowledge of German in word and writing Engaged working and team spirit
