Your task in the field of technical planning and implementation is to support sector coordination in the organizational, administrative and communicative tasks in the fields of knowledge management, digitalization and resource management, as well as in the analysis, processing and digitization of processes. Your tasks: You work with the documentation, updating and structuring of work packages and processes, You're puggling SharePoint databases and information structures and developing them, You support building internal digital solutions (PowerApps, PowerBI) without external tools, You help in preparing training documents, onboarding materials and presentations for the area, You take responsibility for creating an area and quality management manual.

your advanced bachelor's or master's degree in the field of economics, management, human resources, IT or an art related discipline, to identify you through a strong organizational talent, team orientation, an independent and structured way of working and communication skills, The current MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) master and experience with Office 365 applications (Sharepoint, PowerApps, PowerBI), Very good German (C1) and good English (B2) in word and writing.
