Technical Customer Service Coordinator (a*)

Coordination of cross-departmental organisational, administrative and strategic tasks to support managers in fault management (power plant gas) is your responsibility. In doing so, you will participate in the further development, digitization and standardization of processes, workflows and rules and actively contribute to projects. Central processes such as late service, standby service or house connection checks are planning and coordinate reliably and also control CRM requests and relevant interfaces. The collection, analysis and further development of key figures for controlling fault management is also in your task field, as is the support of the management in evaluations and decisions. In addition, you organize the fleet of vehicles, coordinate the training in fault management, ensure complete documentation and carry out special tasks across areas.

A completed training on the specialist (a), master (a) or technician (a*) or a comparable commercial or technical-company qualification forms your technical basis. Multiannual professional experience in the technical environment, ideally in network operation, fault management as well as in project or process management, you already bring. A high affinity for digitization, process optimization and analysis and processing of key figures is your profile as well as a safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP PM and other specialist IT applications. A pronounced organizational capacity as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working characterise you. Embossed communication and cooperation capability, high sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, entrepreneurship and a class B driving licence complete your profile.
