The Business Controlling team monitors and controls the financial performance of the marketing and purchasing sector. The focus is on the implementation and coordination of planning processes, strategic employee planning, cost center management and cross-border recalculation of services, as well as the support of the M+B compliance system.

Your qualifications and skills

• Complete study with a focus on business management or a comparable qualification
• Found professional experience in controlling
• IT affinity with first experience in process automation
• Secure handling of SAP and MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Self-employed, solution-oriented thinking and working methods and team skills
• Communication strength as well as binding and safe occurrence, even in presentations before larger groups

Your tasks

• Support and further development of reporting within marketing + purchasing
• Processing and interpretation of economic and sectoral developments (e.g. IST analyses, calculations or ad hoc analyses)
• Responsibility for cost center management
• Coordination, implementation and further development of planning processes and their assessment
