For an exciting challenge in a family-run real estate company based in Munich, we are looking for a:n Head of Facility Management (m/w/d) in full time for our central location. In this responsible position, you take on the overall operational and strategic responsibility for the facility management of a diverse residential and commercial portfolio.

Your future tasks

Head of the technical and infrastructure facility management of a nationwide portfolio, as well as integration into the CAFM system Budget responsibility (CAPEX/OPEX) incl. planning, forecasting, reporting and identification of optimization potentials Planning, coordination and control of maintenance, maintenance, repair and repair measures incl. Insurance damage and recurring SV/SK checks for a non-destructive procedure Leadership and control of the FM team and external service providers Tendering, awarding and contract management of FM services Warranty/Mängelmanagement

That's what you bring

At least 10 years of professional experience in facility management, experience in the fields HKLSE or a comparable area Course in Facility Management, Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering or an equivalent degree or completed vocational training in real estate (or art related) with additional qualification Experience in leadership of employees Experience and knowledge in CAFM tools, as well as very good knowledge of popular MS Office applications Experience in tendering and tendering (supply collection, commissioning and order processing) Independent and independent work Local travel to one of our nationwide objects driving licence class B
