Your responsibility: As part of an integration project for people, support primarily with migration background They actively support our participants in the regional labour market. They accompany people through targeted support and support on their way to the first labour market. In individual and group offers you enter the competencies of participants/clients and discuss their professional perspectives. They identify individual obstacles, develop management strategies and prepare your participants/clients for training or work. They accompany internships and operational trial phases, support the search for a suitable employer and actively shape mediation processes. Through regular contacts with clients and regional companies, you create good conditions for your educational work. Administrative activities complete your area of responsibility.
