Processing of customer offers/contracts in an assigned customer segment or subject matter

Coordination of planning to create customized solutions Offer creation and coordination (performance description, SLAs, participations/commitments, project plan, risk assessment, effort planning)

Ensuring the release process in the acquisition and supply cycle

Takeover of application procedures for participation in tenders (competences, references)

Toothing suppliers and partners in the supply process

Cooperation in contract negotiations

Transfer of the project to Service Delivery Management/ Project Management

Ensuring the reusability of solutions by documentation and processing of standards/ variants etc.

Support in sales activities, such as account planning, specialist sales support in the T Group and the like

Legal examination of contracts

Successfully completed (university) degree, for example in economic law, law or economic informatics Multiannual professional experience in Bid Management Legal know-how on distributive issues Contracts Good customer-oriented thinking and acting High flexibility, durability and performance Good communication skills High final orientation Analytical, systematic and structured working methods Professional, trustworthy and empathic appearance readiness to travel Very good presentation and moderation capabilities Embossed team capacity German and good English skills
