As a building manager for bridge rebuilding (m/w/d), you are the heart of complex reconstruction projects within a highly specialized family business. You are responsible for the entire settlement on site and make sure that technically demanding bridge constructions make space for new things safe and efficient. This is a direct exchange. In consultation with our partner company, the application process is completely controlled by Academic Work. Construction management: independent preparation, organization and handling of demanding (bridge rebuilding) projects. Control: coordination of personnel, equipment and material operations as well as the management of the construction site team on site. Quality management: monitoring dates, costs and ensuring high quality and safety standards. Communication: Professional consultation with authorities, test engineers and subcontractors as well as the preparation of scales and billing documents.

A completed study in civil engineering or a further education for the construction technician / tested polish (m/w/d). Ideally, first professional experience in the building management (for example: civil engineering, rebuilding or engineering) – we are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility and proactively drive projects. Safe handling of MS Office and ideally knowledge of billing and calculation programs (e.g. iTWO). A sovereign occurrence, enforcement and a “hands-on mentality” in dealing with teams and clients. Ready to travel for nationwide projects (assembly) and a class B licence.
