Product Manager Digital (m/f/d)

We are more than 150 motivated book people at five locations on three continents. Together with our partners from publishers and bookstores in Germany and abroad, we develop digital platforms and media formats that create orientation in the book market and improve the flow of information around the book. The technology and information provider MVB makes books visible. Central platforms based on international metadata standards enable publishers and bookstores in Germany and abroad to successfully and efficiently market their titles. Editorial and commercial formats as well as personal exchange at network events provide orientation in the various book markets, national and international.

For the further development of customer-centric solutions for our Digital division, we are looking for Product Manager Digital (m/d)

Responsible control and implementation of product development Development and optimization of product features and scope based on customer requirements and market analyses Collection and analysis of technical requirements and specification of requirements in the form of User Stories, Mockups and Flowcharts Close cooperation and coordination with IT development in the implementation of new features in the form of specifications including definition of test scenarios as a working basis for our internal IT development Production of documentation for customer support Cooperation with our marketing and sales team in customer communication on product-related topics Training and Webinars Coordination with stakeholders internally and externally

Higher education or comparable training focusing on product management, UX/UI, media or information management Affinity in dealing with metadata Good experience in cooperation in agile project teams and customer-centric product development for digital services Methodology expertise in Design Thinking / Lean UX Entrepreneurship to achieve project and business goals Curious and creative personality that perpetuates, introduces ideas and can also implement them Ability to detect, address and troubleshoot critical situations in the project No fear of responsibility, optimism and desire to decide with focused and structured work
