Or you have already gained first practical experience in Skill Management and want to deepen this in an innovative environment? In our team you accompany the design and implementation of a globally valid job and skill architecture. THE WORK Participation in the development of a company-wide valid job and skills architecture for Daimler Truck Participation in the conceptual preparation for the implementation of the new Job & Skill architecture in business units and organizational areas Support in the optimization and implementation of Skill Management Processes and integration in IT applications at Daimler Truck Working to optimize an efficient Skill-Assesment incl. the evaluation and presentation of Gap analyses Support in the evaluation and implementation of change requests in the context of the Skill Management
