As a Security Engineer (m/w/d) you will become a key player in building and operating an internal decoy system. The aim is to detect threats early, analyze attack behavior and to improve safety measures. They work closely with Security specialists as well as system and Service administrators together and accompany the project from the start to productive operation.

-Your tasks:-

· Participation in technical design and implementation of a internal Decoy Services · Support in building the system infrastructure (virtual) Environments, network segments etc.) · Support for safe operation of the Decoy instances (e.g. logging) and Alerting · Analysis of collected data and the department of possible Optimizations/further developments · Working with virtual teams and creating documentation · Support in the selection and integration of succession solutions suitable Decoy technologies (e.g. low/high interaction) Decoy solutions)

-Your profile:

· A completed study in the field of IT security or comparable training and at least 3 years of professional experience · Experience with Windows and Linux-based systems · Good knowledge of network technologies, protocols and firewalls · Experience with virtualization environments, ideally VMware · Project understanding and structured, independent working · Interest in IT security, threat analysis and attack simulations · Certification in the field of IT security desirable · Ideally first experience in Decoy solutions, penetration Testing. SIEM or Threat Hunting · English knowledge C2 or comparable
