• Professional and disciplinary management of the associated employees in the area of responsibility with respect to legal and operational requirements
• Design, standardization and further development of processes, work content and sequences (e.g. test specifications and test volumes for subcontractors on the basis of a risk assessment in systems and assemblies
• Monitor and analyze the key figures in the area of responsibility and derive the resulting measures
• Planning and accompanying the implementation of IT-supported quality testing tools (e.g. SAP S4/HANA) and performing the necessary training
• Guide and collaboration on projects

What you bring:

• a completed academic degree (Master/Diplom)
• Knowledge of quality management methods (8-D, Ishikawa, Six Sigma)
• Knowledge of DIN ISO 9001 in current version and military quality assurance regulations AQAP 2110
• Secure handling in the SAP module QM
• knowledge of the repair of wheel and chain vehicles of the Bundeswehr and in cooperation with the engineering industry for the maintenance of complex weir material
• Knowledge of health and accident prevention regulations and environmental regulations
• A driving permit and the willingness to attend on occasional missions
