The Center for Nutrition and Diabetology is a self-employed institution that has been pooling comprehensive expertise in nutritional therapy since 2015 and accompanies patients on their way to a healthier diet. The focus is on individual care as well as the diagnosis, counselling and therapy of dietary diseases, especially in case of malnutrition. The work is based on a holistic understanding of nutrition as an essential factor for health, performance and well-being.

Ensuring and continuous optimization of nutritional care, in particular in the context of the quality contract

Conduct and control of screening and assessment procedures (e.g. NRS-2002, MNA, SGA) for the detection and analysis of malnutrition

Planning, implementation and monitoring of dietary and nutritional measures Interdisciplinary cooperation in the nutrition team as well as training of care staff

Support in nutritional studies and participation in internal quality assurance by data collection

Complete training as a dietary assistant*in or studies in nutrition science

Professional experience in nutritional advice and training of patients

Funded expertise in nutritional medicine, ideally with clinical experience and malnutrition

Knowledge in the creation of enteral and parenteral nutrition concepts as well as safe handling of common software and KIS

Flowing German knowledge for contact with customers, friendly appearance, team spirit and social competence

Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
