• You support our IT service desk in 1st level support and are the first point of contact for our customers.

• Telephone enquiries and troubleshooting messages are qualified and work together with customers on suitable solutions based on existing instructions.

• During your self-sponsored work in the IT environment, you can always build on an intensive exchange of experiences with your expert teammate.

• The position is available both in full time and part time.

• Complete technical training, cross entry possible

• Practical experience in IT Helpdesk / IT Service Desk

• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications (Active Directory, Exchange, Skype for Business, Teams, SharePoint, O365)

• Very good German (C1) and good English skills in word and writing

• Personally, we especially like your communication strength, team skills as well as your service and customer orientation.
