Team management & coordination: Professional and disciplinary leadership and operational planning of employees from different areas Control of external service providers and subcontractors Planning, organisation and implementation of infrastructure services: Maintenance and maintenance of outdoor facilities (green areas, trees, lawns, shrubs) Coordination of internal moving processes (Mobiliar-De-/Montage, Logistik, CRM-Datacare) Quality, Safety & Customer Contact Ensuring quality and safety standards on site Communication with customers and customer relationships

Complete vocational training or comparable qualification, ideally complemented by experience in facility management, gardening and landscape building, logistics or comparable infrastructural services Experience in team leadership or coordination High level of organisation and communication Safe handling of relevant IT tools (MS Office, CRM systems etc.) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Driving licence Class B (required)
