Product and process developer at the Dortmund site (m/f/d)

You are creative – You work in the Radeberger Group's experimental brewery and are involved in the development of new innovative and market-oriented beverages, containers and packaging and support the introduction of products. In addition, you will introduce targeted innovation ideas. You take responsibility – you take over the supervision of Diplom- und Bachelor/Master-study and are involved in the vocational training of the Brauer and Mälzer in cooperation with the personnel development of the site. You are a team player and work closely with colleagues in central analytics as well as with the operating areas of our locations.

Your education – you have a completed degree as a brewing engineer (M.Eng./M.Sc.) or equivalent qualification Your experience – you have experience in beverage manufacturing and process engineering in the brewing and/or beverage industry Your personality – you are strong in communication and have a high level of social competence. You are characterized by a safe appearance and good communication and team skills, have a structured working style, are resilient and have a pronounced sense of quality and hygiene; You also have the willingness to carry out business trips. You are already constantly developing to remain technical and process-oriented. Your know-how – you own knowledge in IT systems such as SAP, LabBase, MS Office and process control systems.
