As a senior business analyst, you take real end-to-end responsibility with us: from the strategic requirement analysis with the customer, through data modeling, DAX logic and dashboard design, to regular reporting before the customer circle. You are not a translatorin the background, but Ownerin your topics – including storyline, recommendation and effect in management meetings. As a Power BI expert*in, you are the core anchor in the team: you master Power BI at senior level (clean modeling, manageable DAX, clear visual design) and actively develop our standards around BI architecture, data models and reporting logic – in the customer project and internal. As a Power BI expert, you don't only love Power BI as a tool – you use it to answer the right business questions and prepare decisions in the customer circle. You transform complex requirements into clean models, smart measures and reports that not only show what happens, but also explain why it is relevant and what follows. You are right when: • You can explain to a C level what the chart means – and to a developer why the Measure is just wrong. Development of data & AI strategies: consulting our customers in strategy definitions, data acquisitions, analyses, visualizations, measures management & implementation of use cases. Build BI solutions from scratch: You develop scalable Power BI reports – from data modeling and Power Query to DAX-Measures to the finished dashboard that customers really use. Turning requirements into solutions: You translate customer requests into specific BI requirements – and make sure that the finished report answers the actual question, not only those that someone asked. Analysis of markets, customer journeys & performance: You are analysing markets or performance, for example, and from this, you are developing recommendations for action on this basis. Translate numbers to Stories & Decisions: You process large amounts of data in business intelligence tools (primary power BI), first formulate well-founded decision bases & develops data strategies from procurement, modelling and intelligent visualization. Transfer of data & insights to decision-makers: Communication of analysis results to stakeholders – you make complex data understandable and present it clearly & address-oriented. Storylining & Dashboard Construction: Together with the customer, you define the specific key questions that the dashboard should answer, and build the report in such a way that users quickly understand what You see, why it is important and what decision is made. With the design of Data & AI-Use-Cases: You take over management and PMO tasks in the implementation of Use Cases: coordinates stakeholders, secures operational implementation & drives projects to impact with the customer.

Power BI Expert Level: You bring multi-year experience in data analysis, processing and visualization – and work on senior levels: clean data modeling, manageable DAX men, structured visual design and safe handling of large data sets and complex databases. Power Query, SQL & Data Processing: You structure Queries comprehensible and build transformation logic that remains robust – even if the source changes. SQL can be used for analysis and data quality testing. You can adapt new tools & technologies quickly & independently. Analytical thinking & business understanding: You penetrate business structures quickly, recognize where data really helps. You translate business questions into hypotheses, analyses and concrete recommendations and know how to prepare results for decision-makers to work. Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination: You've been responsible for workstreams end-to-end – from request intake to profit collection – and can communicate safely in customer settings. Own responsibility, quality claim & end-to-end mintset: You check your numbers, document assumptions and deliver reliably – even under time pressure. You drive themes forward independently and you are entitled to advance themes at the end-to-end. Languages: flowing German (C1+) for customer appointments and management presentations; good English is a plus. .
