Expert with focus on sustainability,

Local heat planning Support in the creation, coordination and communication of municipal heat planning Processing complex heat planning data for different target groups Technical support for individual municipalities in updating heat plans by 2045 Strategic climate protection management Support in achieving KEW’s sustainability goals Development, implementation and control of measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and monitoring climate protection targets Consultation and support of individual municipalities in climate-relevant decisions, resource protection, mobility and education for sustainable development (GNE) Energy management Technical and communicative support in the introduction and establishment of a systematic energy management system to optimise consumption Structure of organizational structures for data acquisition, evaluation and continuous energy controlling Support for the development of technical and organisational measures to save energy Communication and Networking Development of specialist and municipal/citizen networks to promote active participation, including target group-specific communication on climate, energy and sustainability issues Conception and support in the implementation of information campaigns, events and participation processes Establishment and support of networks with local actors from society, business, educational institutions and municipalities

Complete studies in environmental, energy or sustainability management, urban/regional planning, communication sciences, engineering or geography First experience in one of the fields of action climate protection, sustainability, energy management or heat planning desirable Knowledge of municipal administrative structures and decision-making processes of advantage Secure handling of digital tools (e.g. MS Office) High communicative competence and experience in network work Self-employed, structured working and moderation and presentation skills driving licence class B
