As a process engineer:in the field of silicon epitaxy you take a key role in our semiconductor production. Here you have the chance to significantly influence the efficiency, quality and yield of our production facilities with your know-how and to actively shape the future of our products. In this position, you are responsible for production plants in semiconductor production and continuously optimize machine availability, process quality and yield. Efficiency assessments, cost comparisons and ratio analyses are always carried out taking into account the technical feasibility. Measures for process flexibility and cost reduction are elaborated and presented convincingly in change sessions for decision-making. Improving existing manufacturing processes in a targeted way, creating implementation plans and ensuring their successful implementation. Last but not least, you train and guide manufacturing employees: both professionally, for example in the processing of stop batches.

Education: completed university studies in physics, chemistry, process engineering, microsystems engineering or a comparable degree course experience and know-how: multi-year epitaxial experience in research or semiconductor industry; well-founded methodological competence in SPC, FDC and problem solving Personality and mode of operation: You manage to think through complex facts abstractly and to communicate your knowledge clearly, especially with external partners; you actively share your knowledge and experience in the team in order to find optimal solutions together and take on changing tasks and areas of responsibility Working day: at this job you work mostly in the clean room Languages: fluent German and good English in word and writing Application deadline up to and including 20.07.2026. The gross annual salary for this body is, in accordance with our regulations, at least EUR XX for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfilment of the tariff requirements).
