You support lawyers in daily firm operations You will automatically process the inbox and output and send letters and correspondence (after submission or dictate) You conduct dunning, enforcement and cost proceedings, including invoices by RVG You plan, prepare dates, meetings and votes before and after You correspond with Mandant on your own and after dictate: inside, courts, opponents: inside and out You are organising appointments and deadlines and submitting the schedules You manage and run electronic and physical files You organize, coordinate and prepare internal and external meetings before and after

You have a successfully completed training on/to become a lawyer (m/w/d) You have knowledge of German in Word & Writing You have good knowledge of the current MS Office applications and first DATEV knowledge are desirable You work independently and independently and bring responsibility and reliability with you
