Preparation and implementation of construction projects in turnkey and raw construction in close cooperation with the building management Technical instruction and coordination and support of construction staff and subcontractors Ensuring compliance with quality, appointments and work safety Support for material disposition and control to ensure smooth construction Documentation of the progress of construction and support of the building management in organisational tasks

Completed polishing training as well as multiannual professional experience as a polisher in the development of construction projects and in the production of accounting bases Representative leadership skills, organisational skills and enforcement Self-employed, structured and independent working methods as well as experience in employee management Basic knowledge of construction contracting Good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence
