We are looking for our location in Heide as

Schleswig-Holstein's west coast has more to offer than fresh wind and attractive holiday destinations. VISHAY BCcomponents BEYSCHLAG GmbH has been part of the Vishay Group since the end of 2002 and is one of the largest employers in the region with its around 530 employees. At the Heide development and production site, we produce high-precision thin-film resistors in billion pieces. In addition to the resistors, further innovative components such as temperature sensors, SMD chip fuses and thermal fuses are also produced. Our components are used e.g. in industrial electronics, automotive and telecommunications.

independent analysis of process data and investigation of sources of rejection and error Support in implementing measures to reduce waste and increase process stability Helping to carry out experiments and optimize production processes, especially when introducing new products Maintenance and continuous improvement of process parameters Implementation of data balances and provision of relevant data for pending process changes Self-analysis and troubleshooting of machines and processes Close cooperation with the various specialist departments to solve technical problems and to support the introduction of process changes

Complete technical training First practical experience in process optimization and control, ideally in an industrial environment Technical understanding of production and manufacturing processes Basic knowledge of data analysis and interpretation as well as error analysis and correction Routinized handling of common software applications readiness for continuous further training in the field of process optimization and technical innovation Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation
