You will ensure the property-related responsibilities for ownership and operator responsibility for the sub-portfolio assigned to you They serve properties under commercial aspects from the owner's point of view and act as a permanent contact person for the customer They are responsible for continuous inventory and area management They work on the implementation of object management plans and operational planning In the field of university, you will develop projects in the performance phase 0 and accompany them in planning and execution They are responsible for consulting new, extensions and repair measures. They have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the disciplines Architecture, Real Estate, Facility Management or a comparable degree course. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group. TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
