Analysis, processing and evaluation of traffic demand data and operating characteristics (e.g. passenger numbers, failures, delays) including special analyses Participation in the introduction and implementation of new software tools to optimize data quality and availability Monitoring of reporting and reporting obligations as well as the contractually agreed quality and performance requirements of the transport companies incl. Pönal determination Creating meaningful reports, dashboards, reports and statistics for internal and external stakeholders Further development of key figures (KPIs) and derivation of recommendations for action to improve the quality of operation and offer Active cooperation in the optimization of internal processes and the creation of tutorials and action instructions

Completed studies e.g. in Business Informatics, Transport, Data Science, Mathematics, Geography, Spatial Planning or a Comparative Qualification – also cross-entrepreneurs: Inside with ÖPNV affinity and experience in handling large amounts of data are welcome Team-ready, committed and happy to transform complex data into meaningful insights Embossed analytical thinking, high numerical affinity and a good understanding of complex relationships Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Safe handling of MS Office; ideally experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power Query, Power BI and VBA Knowledge of traffic data and software (e.g. IVU, INIT) and process modeling tools (e.g. Camunda) are advantageous.
