Project Buyer - Indirect Purchasing (m/f/d)

You are responsible for representing indirect purchasing interests internally in new projects/requirements and the design of the project-related indirect purchasing strategy You support the Lead and Local Buyer in designing and implementing the project-related purchasing strategy You cooperate in the execution of ongoing projects in indirect purchasing and are responsible for project coordination As a professional project buyer, you have the responsibility for the entire procurement process, translate requirements of the specialist departments into clear, purchasing-relevant specifications and tender documents, and are the central point of contact between the demanders, project managers and the higher-level strategic purchasing (lead buyer) and interface coordination between different stakeholders The collection of project-relevant documents, such as performance descriptions, is one of your tasks as well as the support in the creation and testing of documents for indirect purchasing You conduct market analyses and identify potential partners In addition, you collect and minimise contractual and future risks in cooperation with the Lead Buyer and prevent Maverick Buying in coordination The strategic orientation of your own tasks in the assigned task area, as well as the responsibility for adapting the applied strategies in the event of changing framework conditions, is your responsibility The project controlling and reporting regarding purchasing activities as well as the identification of optimization needs and the development of concepts and solutions take over
