Our experts in department coordination, real estate management, portfolio management, building and building management as well as environmental and energy management support all phases of our diverse portfolio under one roof. As one of the key tasks of the next decade, we see the transition to an ecologically and economically sustainable self-sufficiency and external care of our properties, CO2-conscious and forward-looking. With a long-term perspective, we will implement modern and customer-oriented rehabilitation facilities and working environments for our 26,000 colleagues, who will ensure a smooth running of the core business of the DRV Bund. The activity is according to § 14 para. 1 TzBfG limited for a maximum of 18 months and includes a weekly working time of at least 8 and a maximum of 20 hours.

In particular, you can support our HKLS teams in building management with the following activities: Participation in the implementation of CAFM and BIM software, in particular in the installation recording in building technology, as well as in testing, testing and optimising the newly introduced software Support for the implementation of energy efficiency projects and the further development of energy efficiency measures in building operations Contributions to the improvement and expansion of systems of supply technology and the coordination of structural modernisation measures Technical support throughout the maintenance process (including maintenance of maintenance and test lists, creation of maintenance logs et cetera)

A current enrollment certificate with the status as a regular student at a university or university in a course of study of the Department of Supply Technology or comparable (in particular technical building equipment or energy technology) A great interest in implementing digitalization strategies in facility management Basic knowledge of European standards related to building or operating buildings and technical regulations of VDI, VDE and DIN First practical experience in building operations, for example from internships or student secondary activities, is advantageous.
