You run and moderate the group-wide screw expert team You evaluate and select strategically suitable screw systems and manufacturers You define requirements for screw equipment in terms of process safety, sensor technology and ergonomics You conduct market and technology research and create new connecting techniques You document and version properly to ensure auditability You coordinate interdisciplinary teams and manage interface management

You have completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, production technology or a comparable qualification You bring several years of experience in screwing, assembly planning or quality assurance You are familiar with SAP, database structures and normative requirements (VDI/VDE) You think analytically, act strategically and communicate convincingly You like to work in an interdisciplinary manner and continue to form You have very good German and English skills and show a high readiness to travel
