Ensuring compliance with customs and external economic rules as part of the import and export of goods Competent contact person for administrative matters such as customs and BAFA as well as the monitoring of external economic and customs checks Creation and monitoring of export and import documentation and customs declarations Customs classification and customs inspection Continuous analysis of legislative changes and regulatory requirements in international trade Development and implementation of efficient customs and compliance processes Analysis and design of work and organization instructions, guides, process descriptions and internal training documents

Successfully completed training in the field of logistics, foreign trade External economic law or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in customs and foreign affairs, ideally in an international export company Deep understanding of global customs and trade regulations Analytical thinking, negotiation skills and ability to proactive problem solving Experience in the use of customs software and IT knowledge in the field of external economic law Knowledge of the application of SAP would be of advantage very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
