You enter the entire procurement process, from public procurement procedures to the classic ordering process. In doing so, you set up award documents, collect offers, evaluate them and conduct negotiations with our suppliers. On this basis, you decide on the award for the most economical offer and then assign the order. As we place great emphasis on standardized processes that save time and increase efficiency, the negotiation and maintenance of framework agreements also belongs to your task. We move around public administration, so you have a vigilant eye on all relevant legal and company-internal regulations. In the entire tender procedure, you are in close contact with your colleagues from the specialist departments in Braunschweig and Osnabrück. Clearly, documentation and reporting of ongoing ordering operations and ongoing tenders are part of the daily business.

You have completed a degree in economics or engineering. Or you have completed a commercial training and your craftsmanship in your first years of professional shopping. Experiences with public tenders are helpful. You bring well-founded knowledge of the procurement and contract regulations (e.g. VOB, VOL, GWB) and convince with pronounced negotiation skills and self-confident appearance at eye level. Experiences with Business Central knowledge. And if not, we'll teach you the skills. For you as well as for this place, of course: Analytical and strategic thinking as well as routined handling of MS Office and experience with tendering software. With a very good knowledge of German, you are a responsive, relaxed contact person who, if necessary, also uses his knowledge of English.
