Participation in Global Sales Operations projects and workshops Cooperation in the description and development of processes and work instructions at global level Competent representative for internal specialist departments and global subsidiaries Categorizing global processes by competence and coordination with other departments Taking tests according to specifications (e.g. IT applications) and creating test documentation Recognizing and communicating process gaps Support for product launches and runs (phase-in/phase-out), including the verification of information and coordination with the Marketing department Maintenance and updating of product and price data Creating and preparing department evaluations

Successfully completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an industrial merchant or similar and multiannual professional experience in the sales environment or a completed business studies Knowledge of sales processes and affinity for working with processes and IT systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, ...) Ideal experience in handling BI tools Very good MS Excel user knowledge and experience in handling an ERP system Impressed communication skills and solution-oriented action Structured working methods and pronounced number affinity and analytical skills Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
