Coordination of major international projects in close cooperation with internal departments and external, international contacts Consultation and continuous review of business processes with the aim of identifying optimization potentials at systemic and process level and increasing process efficiency Standardization and simplification of customer processes as well as the promotion of automation and digitization solutions for the sustainable improvement of customer processes monitoring of service levels using controlling reports and KPIs; Initiate and follow appropriate measures with the competent departments to optimize the customer experience Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Processing and solution of customer concerns and complaints by means of well-founded cause analysis and sustainable problem solving Ensuring a timely and high-quality provision of all customer-relevant additional information and data Participation in customer meetings and on-site appointments to ensure close and trusting cooperation with our customers

Complete studies in the field of business, project management or comparable qualifications Experience in international project management and/or process consulting Embossed analytical skills and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Communication strength, team skills and intercultural competence Safe handling of KPIs, reports and process documentation German and English knowledge in word and writing
