ADAC's largest aid centre is emergency calls from ADAC members and customers from Germany and abroad. Around 800 employees have been organising vehicle and personal assistance for 22 years. To strengthen our team-leading team in the field of assistance, we are looking for committed/n Teamleiter (m/d) (For the first time fixed for 1 year, fixed term)

Staff management Leadership and motivation of our assistance team Development of employee goals as part of target and bonus talks Detection and support of employees' development potential Customer support Contact person for assistance customers in all questions of service provision Documentation and target group-specific preparation of results deriving appropriate measures to achieve the objectives Controlling and control Coordination of cross-border cooperation Escalation to the area manager in case of malfunctions in the operating sequence Telephone Regular telephony in various areas of service provision Ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) Control of daily business Real-time management Rection for changing the setpoint conditions and the fall volume Constant nominal actual comparison of the conversation volume Coordination of capacity distribution with other locations

At least 1 year of professional experience in the service center area, preferably already in a guide position Ideally experience in employee management and motivation Embossed communication capability and safe occurrence Very good knowledge in the application of Excel and other MS Office applications Economic thinking and action Ability to make informed decisions Team skills Self-employed loyalty High service orientation
