We are looking for dedicated Pedagogical experts (m/w/d) in Frankfurt am Main for a newly founded client. The facility offers an inclusive and flexible offer for emergency aid for young people -- a safe retreat and protection for young people in acute emergency situations. The focus is on the promotion of positive relationships and support towards an independent life.

Pedagogical Assistant (m/w/d) -- Crisis Assistance for Youth

Your tasks -- crisis intervention with heart and competence:

• Professionally accompany and stabilise young people in acute crisis situations
• Promote positive bonds and valuable relationship experiences
• Planning, implementing and documenting individual assistance
• Supporting the integration and further placement of young people
• Working together with professionals and institutions and actively shaping the inclusive help concept
• Work in the shift service (day: 08:30-17:30, late: 14:30-23:30, night: 20:45-09:00 incl. readiness 02:00-06:00

Your profile -- expertise meets Empathie:

-- also as a social worker (m/w/d), educator (m/w/d) or youth and home educator (m/w/d) are welcome

• Experience in working with young people, ideally in crisis intervention or stationary youth assistance
• Sensitivity, flexibility and strong team skills
• Willingness to work in an inclusive, flexible system of assistance and an appreciation of the different needs of young people
