Ensuring the smooth operation of the technical facilities within the supervised buildings Performance of inspections, maintenance, testing and repairs on building and electrical installations including fault analysis Analysis and troubleshooting as well as optimization of technical operations Implementation of repair and maintenance measures taking into account current regulations and standards Testing of spatially variable and stationary electrical equipment according to DGUV

Completed technical training recognised in Germany as an electronic, electrician, energy plant electronics, electronics for energy and building technology, electrical installation Ideally professional experience in technical building management, building technology or technical maintenance; motivated professionals are also welcome Technical understanding as well as an independent, structured and service-oriented manner Required knowledge in MS Office, SAP and Planon German knowledge at least level C1 and driving licence class B
